Donor Coordinators (also known as Sponsorship Coordinators) track, process, and document all gifts and donations using appropriate databases. Donations may be classified as annual, restricted, capital, or endowment, and it’s up to donor coordinators to maintain accurate donor records. Additional responsibilities include preparing batch deposits and record payments, preparing daily & weekly contribution reports, maintaining capital gift worksheets, pledge reports, and matching gift records.
