It gave me a strong, well-rounded understanding about the industry/function, in general. It also allowed me to take a deep dive into a number of different topics. Moreover, it gave examples of different individuals working in the industry and hosted in-depth interviews, all of which I thought were very helpful and valuable.
I've learnt a lot about getting hired in the industry/function, and what HR looks for in an applicant/interviewee.

This program has inspired me to continue my education and apply to NYU's School of Professional Studies Masters of Science in Tourism Management. I feel creatively recharged by the assignments and have already gathered valuable information to help further the growth of my boutique itinerary company, Sleepy Flyers Club, and my career in the Hospitality and Tourism industry.

Never expected to be so fond of sales and Entrepreneurship. Enjoyed the class, and how interesting and easy it is integrating.

The program is varied and covers many aspects of the hospitality industry that I did not know in that level of detail.
