Yellowbrick Learning, Inc. d/b/a Yellowbrick (“Yellowbrick,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and we are committed to helping you manage your data. If you have used our services or signed in via social login, such as Facebook or Google, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
How to Request Data Deletion
To delete your personal data from Yellowbrick, send an email to support@yellowbrick.co with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” In your email, please include:
• Your full name
• The email address associated with your Yellowbrick account
• If applicable, indicate that you signed in using a social login (e.g., Facebook)
What Happens After You Submit a Request?
Once we receive your request, we will:
• Verify your identity to ensure the security of your data.
• Process your request and delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.
• Send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Please note that by requesting data deletion, you will lose access to Yellowbrick services and any associated data, such as enrollment history, achievements, and course progress.
