Streetwear is a compilation of styles from a variety of different areas. Enter Nicholas Tershay, aka Nicky Diamond, the founder of Diamond Supply Co. Nicky Diamond decided that he would start a skate hardware brand from his bedroom and he’s been in the business ever since. Once he moved to Los Angeles in 2000, he began building Diamond Supply Co. to include everything from decks to bolts to bearings to tees. With a strong passion for putting out quality products, Tershay quickly gained the support of the skate and streetwear community.
Aside from doing the tees and skate gear, Diamond also teamed up with Nike SB to create his own signature Dunk that became a solid cop in the sneaker community. In 2006, the Diamond Supply Co. flagship Fairfax store was born and it became home to special flash launches and guest appearances by pro skaters, artists, and athletes alike. Diamond has opened flagships in New York and in his hometown of San Francisco. He continues to collaborate with some of the best in the business and continues to grow the integrity and reputation of the Diamond Supply Co. brand.
